I would like you to make me a custom piece, how do I go about this?

Feel free to contact me via the contact page and we can discuss your request. Once your request has been accepted, a non refundable desposit is required before I start making the piece. The final amount (minus the desposit) is taken once the piece is finished and ready to ship.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered once I have purchased from you?

Ready to ship pieces are posted by myself 1-3 days after purchase. How long the item will take to get to you once posted is dependant on the postage that you select at checkout. You have the option of royal mail special delivery within the UK which should arrive before 1pm the following day. This option provides insurance should something happen to your item during delivery. There is also the option of royal mail 24 hour and royal mail 48 hour. International deliveries are sent with tracking. Delivery times are: Europe 7-10 working days & Worldwide 7-14 working days but on occasion 1-3 Weeks (please contact me for more details on individual countries).

A made to order piece can take up to 7 days to ship as it needs to be created by myself first. Custom orders will vary depending on the request but this can be discussed during the planning stage.

Please be aware the postal service used once the item arrives in your country is out of my control. If you prefer your item to be shipped insured by a courier this can be arranged at an extra fee, please contact me to enquire.

Do you accept refunds?

My hope is that you will love and treasure your piece. If there is an issue, returns and exchanges are accepted on ready to ship pieces. The buyer has 3 days from delivery to contact me to discuss the issue and 7 days from contact to send the item back to myself. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in it's original condition. Returns are not accepted on earrings and custom made pieces however, please feel free to contact me about any issues.

I am purchasing a piece from you from overseas, what about custom charges and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I have a gemstone, could I send it to you to make into a piece of jewellery?

Yes this is something I can definitely look into, feel free to contact me to discuss. Please note that there is always a risk that something could happen to the gemstone during the making stage i.e. setting the stone. This depends on various factors including the hardness of the gemstone. Although I would do everything I can to prevent this, the client must be aware of the risk. If something did happen, I would contact you to discuss how we can resolve the issue.

Do you do repairs?

I don't do repairs on items that I have not made myself. If you need a piece you have purchased from me repaired, there may be a small fee depending on the nature of the damage.

Do you resize?

I don't resize pieces that I have not made myself. Depending on the design, if you need resizing done on a piece that you have purchased from me there may be a small fee for this. In order to prevent this, please find out your ring size before purchasing. You can do this by popping to your local jewellery shop to get them to measure your finger. All of my rings are sized in UK sizing.
